Important Dates
For Martin County business owners who requested an extension to file their Tangible Personal Property Tax Return, May 15th is the deadline to get those returns to our office to avoid penalties.

Deadline for filing petitions to the Value Adjustment Board on denied exemptions and agricultural classifications or within 30 days after the property appraiser mails the denial notice to the owner. The property appraiser must mail all denial notices by July 1.
