A proposed constitutional amendment related to Florida property taxes will appear on the November 2026 General Election ballot. If approved by at least 60% of Florida voters, the changes would take effect January 1, 2027.
Stuart, FL - The Martin County Property Appraiser’s Office released the 2026 estimated preliminary taxable values to the ten Martin County Taxing Authorities today. The Taxing Authorities will use the estimated taxable values to prepare their upcoming budgets and determine their proposed millage rates.
